___For 37 years, we have been serving traditional Japanese Sushi. We invite you to come experience our cuisine for yourself – very fresh fish prepared with the ultimate of care. Tasty sashimi salads, hand-rolls, nigiri sushi, sashimi and more, in an intimate and quaint Japanese setting.

If it is your first time, please tell the Chef or waitress what you like and your general budget. Please note, we have no written menu and do not make California rolls. Once we are familiar with your tastes, you can also ask the Chef to choose for you, "Omakase" style.

At Shibucho, we also have a love of fine Italian and French wines, deserts and small dishes. The Chef specializes in pairing an extensive wine list with sushi. You might even be surprised by a delicious eggplant parmigian, a poached pear desert, or a classic tiramisu!
